Warm-Up (6 min.): This warm-up will prepare your body for movement. It will increase your heart rate, core temperature, blood flow to your working muscles, and improve your nervous system function. Upper Body (5 min.): This section contains exercises that define your shoulders, chest, triceps, back and core. A complete upper body workout. Abs (12 min.): Tired of regular crunches?
